Julie Deliquet
After Montpellier's Conservatory and the École du Studio Théâtre d'Asnières, Julie Deliquet continued her training for two years at the École Internationale Jacques Lecoq. In 2009, she created the collective In Vitro and presented Jean-Luc Lagarce's "Derniers Remords avant l'oubli" (2nd part of the Triptych "Des années 70 à nos jours") as part of Théâtre 13's competition for young directors, where she was awarded the Audience Prize. In 2011, she created "La Noce de Brecht" (1st part), at the Théâtre de Vanves, presented in 2013 at the 104 as part of the Impatience festival.
In 2013, she created "Nous sommes seuls maintenant", a collective creation (3rd part). The Triptyque was revived at Théâtre de la Ville-Paris and Théâtre Gérard Philippe as part of the Festival d'Automne, in October 2014. In September 2016, she directed Anton Chekhov's "Uncle Vanya" at the Comédie Française. At the same time, she has been teaching at La Fabrique, a drama school in Champigny-sur-Marne, since 2010. In February 2019, she returns to the Comédie-française to direct an adaptation of Ingmar Bergman's Fanny and Alexander, and the following year adapts Arnaud Desplechin's Un conte de Noël at the Théâtre de l'Odéon.
Julie Deliquet was appointed director of the Théâtre Gérard-Philipe, in Saint-Denis in March 2020.
In 2020, she directed the short film Violetta for the 3e Scène, the Paris Opera's digital platform, which was subsequently integrated into the collective feature film Celles qui chantent.
