Gordon
After studying graphic design at the École Estienne in Paris, Gordon specialized in television packaging. He designed and created numerous identities for television channels, and supervised their artistic direction (France Télévisions, Radio Canada, Prime be, M6music, Abu Dhabi Tv...). This profession led him to directing. Working alongside Andy Sommer and Philippe Béziat, Gordon writes and directs cultural programs.This led to the creation of films and their iPad applications: Le Carnaval des animaux with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Radio France, Myu Wung Chung and Smaïn (Grand Prix Italia 2011, Grand Prix and Audience Award Golden Prague 2011), Les quatre saisons d'Antoine with the Ensemble Concerto Italiano, Rinaldo Alessandrini and Pierre Richard. Then Peter and the Wolf with the French National Orchestra conducted by Daniele Gatti and narrated by François Morel (Grand Prix Digital Award Bologna 2014, Rose d'Or de Berlin 2014), which gave rise to two book-discs published by Hélium.
With Andrés Jarach, he creates virtual reality experiences: "Condamnés à jouer", a 360° film co-written with Marie Sellier, and "1, 2, 3 Bruegel", a virtual reality game currently on show in Arles. Another WEBVR project, "Replay memories", questions collective memory in the age of web algorithms, and is currently being completed.
He is currently working on a 10-episode series on Beethoven's symphonies, mixing filming and animation for France Télévisions jeunesse. Finally, he is directing a tribute film to Pierre Bergé for the 3ème scène of the Opéra national de Paris.
